(CMR) The Jamaica Constabulary Force imposed a curfew in sections of Norwood, St James, on Saturday after three persons were killed in less than 24 hours.
Gunmen reportedly went on a rampage in the community shooting four people, three fatally, in separate attacks between Friday and Saturday morning.
The curfew started at 6 pm on Saturday and will remain in effect until 6 pm Monday, January 18.
Those killed are Donovan Reid (47), of Norwood; Nicardo Daley (20) of Montego Hills, and Aubrey Brown (50) of Irie Lane, Norwood.
Reid and Daley were among three people shot at a bar in Hollywood, Norwood, while Brown was shot dead while walking home in another section of the community.
