(CMR) Cayman has received a new low risk classification from the Center for Disease as the fight against COVID in Cayman continues to be a success story.
Testing Update 14 August 2020
The Chief Medical Officer, Dr John Lee, reports 256 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since it was last reported on Thursday, 13 August. All were negative.
The total number of people in isolation, either at a government facility or in their homes as required by the Medical Officer of Health, is currently 199.
The Cayman Islands‘ COVID-19 risk is now classified as very low according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
