(CMR) Jamaica recorded its third death from the latest coronavirus, COVID-19, on Wednesday (April 1). The news was confirmed by the country's Minister of Health and Wellness, Dr. Christopher Tufton, in a Twitter post. Tufton further noted that more details would be made available, this afternoon, at a press briefing.
The island's third death from COVID-19, comes just one day after another person is reported to have passed away due to complications from the virus.
To date, Jamaica has 38 confirmed cases of coronavirus.
