(CMR) In an odd twist of fate, Artemis, a boat reported earlier today to Cayman Marl Road was just discovered featured on our page in a $1M drug bust case.
The owner of the 26′ green Angler Panga twin 115 Mercury Optimax contacted CMR earlier this morning to report that his boat has been missing since early August. However, before we could even put the story up he revealed he saw the boat featured in a news story we published about a $1M drug bust on Friday morning.
The boat was stolen from the canal by Patricks Islands. Ironically he shared that the boat was:
Very desirable fishing boat perfect for Honduran waters or able to economically travel to and from Jamaica with heavy loads.

He further shared that the boat had a green hull and white interior with a black T top. The interior upholstery was near new.
Cayman Brac resident Corey Brown (32) was arrested in relation to the CI $1M ganja haul. He was charged with importation and possession of ganja. The owner will now have to work with local authorities to have his vessel released from the impound yard.
