(CMR) A Facebook poster has taken to social media to highlight a security breach she discovered and reported to them.
This security breach comes just a week after FLOW customers reported to CMR that they were receiving spam messages allegedly from FLOW encouraging customers to click on a link. The spam messages apparently targeted persons with existing @candw.ky email addresses. That email exchange is for people who have FLOW as their email client.
In this post it notes that the customer could see all of the account details for another customer via the online portal including their phone numbers, emails and even billing and home addresses. Apparently this has been happening at least since Monday.
They were able to have full access to the other persons account including paying and cancelling their service. Her attempts to get the matter resolved were met with less than stellar customer service.
FLOW has not issued any statements on the matter.
