(CMR) Twenty-one-year-old William Ebanks has been charged with the murder of twenty-nine-year-old year Darrington Ebanks both from West Bay.
The shooting took place in the early morning hours of Christmas Day, Tuesday December 25.
CMR exclusive sources indicate that the two young men had a verbal altercation earlier in the evening at a local West Bay bar. Apparently he informed the victim that if he returned he would be shot.
According to the DPP several eyewitnesses saw the incident and identified Ebanks as the shooter.
He is scheduled to appear in court this morning. He has since been remanded to HMP Northward until January 11.
