EXPANDING: Cayman Marl Road launches advertising platforms

(CMR) Cayman Marl Road (CMR) is pleased to announce that after 14 months we are expanding our website to include advertising opportunities.

CMR is adding a number of wonderful elements that will increase user interaction and offer value driven advertising opportunities to local businesses.

Phase one will be the launching of several advertising platforms on our website and social media pages; that will allow our business partners to advertise their products and services to our clients.

Thus far, CMR has been a labour of love for a small but dedicated team who work tirelessly to ensure that relevant and useful content is available to residents of the Cayman Islands and beyond. As our platform continues to grow so does the demand for our services! The popularity of CMR in such a short space of time has been nothing short of miraculous; causing many to take note. Ironically, this started out as a project to give readers an alternative news option without the confines of traditional corporate news entities. Admittedly, it has now developed as a news leader in a space with long standing competitors.

The model for news and access to information has shifted as a result of CMR pushing the envelope. The success of the model can be seen in the raw numbers!

CMR has had over 1 MILLION site visitors in 14 months and acquired over 9,500 followers on our Facebook page. We also maintain a WhatsApp news alert group that grows daily!

According to Facebook analytics user engagement is trending 3x higher on our Facebook page than another leading news organization that has twice as many page likes. We have also surpassed several other Facebook news pages with the number of page likes.

Our marketing team shared some insight:

“This is an amazing feat! To think that people interact on our page three times as much as another media page that has double the number of page likes is truly amazing and a testament to the popularity of our page. The page may be controversial at times but ultimately people are now appreciating the vision and are completely on board!”

We feel blessed that we have been so well received and offering advertising options to the local community at an affordable rate will no doubt be a win-win situation.

In order to pass this benefit along we are launching several advertising options for businesses of all types! We will offer display advertising on our news forum page which will offer adverting on the highest traffic area of the site.

Additionally, a dedicated display ads only page is launching this week that will afford small businesses the opportunity to purchase display ads; designed by our team of graphic designers at an affordable rate. Eventually CMR will launch an employment adverts page so that local companies can benefit from the sites popularity when finding the most suitable candidates for their company.

We have also partnered with several companies that will provide useful expert consumer content via a dedicated blogs page. There consumers can ask them questions related to their specific area of expertise.

Areas to be covered will be:

  • Travel & Leisure

  • Medical Care

  • Fitness

  • Security & Automation

  • Technology

  • Small Business Development

  • Home & Garden

  • Banking & Finance

  • Real Estate & Development

There's much more that Cayman Marl Road will be offering over the course of the next 6 months including Vlogs and interview videos, street interviews and much more! Stay tuned for some more exciting developments.

To find out more about what advertising packages or platform would best suit your organization feel free to contract the head of our marketing team for a free consultation.
