(CMR) A series of photos of a black dog wearing a heavy chain has caught the attention of CMR viewers who were shocked to see the dog being weighed down by this chain.
The viewer who took the picture said that the dog had no freedom to even run because of the heaviness of the chain. Despite the dog actually not being chained to anything else but the chain itself it still caused alarm to see this image.
They commented:
“Heartbreaking … you have to see that live! The size of that chain could hold an anchor and what looks like a large bicycle lock around the neck!”
The sad looking dog was seen in the vicinity of the Saxon building in George Town. CMR has notified the DOA of its location in hopes of it being rescued.
