Based on several social media posts that we have received it appears that he is indeed a free man after being arrested in April for drug smuggling on Cayman Airways by the American authorities. Sources indicate that Miller plead guilty and assisted the authorities with their ongoing investigation which lead to several other arrests.
In one posting his aunt mentions Cayman Marl Road's stories on him. Oddly, all local media covered this case and named him so we are uncertain as to why CMR was singled out in her comments.
