Prospect MLA, Austin Harris, has been busy with a few beautification and safety projects in his district.
He has undertaken to have some unattended and overgrown areas pruned to encourage others to do the same with their private properties. Harris hopes that keeping these areas debris free will make the area safer and provide better visibility.
Grape Ave – a massive Casurina tree is being pruned away from power lines.
MLA Harris stated, “I promised to look out for the Constituency during the campaign and today I am keeping my word to the community”.
He will also be focusing on derelict properties in the area by working with the Planning Board to see that Maintenance of Land notices are served.
